In the new schoolyear there is room for new students in the teaching practice of Marsja Mudde. She also starts with packages of lessons around special themes or personal goals of her students. It is possible to work individual or in small groups, depending on the theme or goal of the student(s).

Interested? Send an e-mail or call. For contact information: see Contact page.

If you are interested to become one of Marsja's students, you can make an appointment for an introductionlesson. In that lesson she will explore with you what you want to learn and you can experience her way of teaching. Such an introduction takes 90 minutes and costs 40 Euro. Afterwards you will decide together if you want to work with eachother and how your lessons will be scheduled. It is possible to make appointments every week, every two weeks, or every month. One lesson of 1 hour costs 30 Euro. If you plan 10 lessons or more at once, you will receive a 10% discount, but it is also possible to plan each new appointment apart.

As of 1 September it is possible to follow a series of lessons around a special theme or goal. For instance, if you want to work on technical problems you experience with a piece that your choir sings in December, you can ask for 5 individual lessons working on technical singing skills, focussed on that particular piece, for example working on a passage problem (going from low to high or vice versa sometimes people feel a 'click' in their voice), or an extreme high or low part, or on text and pronunciation. Such a package would cost 145 Euro (package deal).

Another possibility is that you want to learn more about the music from Hildegard von Bingen, or maybe about French gregorian chant, or about Spanish Renaissance. Then a series of lessons could involve studying one or more pieces from the style you choose, focussing on interpretation and ensemblework (when applicable). This theme-focussed work is possible for individuals as well as for groups. An example: a series of 10 lessons from 90 minutes working with a group of 4 students would cost 270 Euro per person (package deal). 10 individual lessons of 1 hour would also cost 270 Euro (discount because of 10 lessons planned at once).
